Extended Stay

Our new multi-kit system (MK-5, currently unnamed) due out later this week has a second theme: extended stay. We try to avoid putting numbers on our multi-kit systems, but if we did, GearPods Backcountry and GearPods Wilderness would probably fall into a 24-48 hour bracket. This new multi-kit system is more geared to 48-72 hours or even beyond. In our minds, this means adding a set of robust first-use tools (in particular for shelter construction and firewood gathering) and more consumables (solid fuel tablets, fire tinder and water purification tablets).
