New GearPods Connect Components
Now made in the USA, we've refreshed the GearPods Connect system components. There are two main changes. First we've introduced new colors for Terminators and Connectors. All new retail products will feature orange parts. The new colors are only available from GearPods direct for the time being. The new colors are more subdued - olive drab, coyote tan, and black. The second major change is the much-improved thread system. There is no chance of cross-threading these new units and the new Terminators and Connectors are easily handled with the thickest of gloves. Last but not least the new thread system is 100% watertight and no longer requires O-rings (or gaskets).

Hey James, Tell your team did a great job on the new thread system. I took it straight from the box and into the tub for a two minute submersion. Then it went outside in a rain storm for 15 minutes. No water inside at all! Great job! Also, I really like the new colors.
